Very interesting site you have here. I love that you have adsense keywords lists that aren’t just the normal ‘credit’, ‘debt’, ‘insurance’ stuff.
I have a couple of questions, if you don’t mind.
Above the keyword lists, you say “competition tab shows the Advert Volume”. If you don’t mind, what does the number symbolize? ie: what does .58 mean?
Is there a way I can download the complete list of all the keyword data? (I would not republish, guaranteed, if that is a concern, it would be for my own use only – no way would I share this with my competition!)
On the membership features, I believe it said something about have a newsletter with tips and such. Is there an archive of that I can peruse?
Hello Chris
Firstly, thank you for your comment. We are really pleased that you like our website and the information that it provides. We are constantly working to ensure that the information is fresh, relevant and of value. AdZeit.com is owned, managed and maintained by SmartMediaPro.com who have an excellent and affordable SEO team who source keywords to produce the lists that you see on AdZeit.com
The competition value comes from google and is designed to show competition for the keyword. Google describes it as “This column shows the number of advertisers bidding on each keyword relative to all keywords across Google. The shaded bar (translated to a numerical value in text based lists) is a general guide to help you determine how competitive ad placement is for a particular keyword.”. Basically, the lower the number, the less competition there is for that keyword and the higher the number, the more competition there is for that keyword. This allows you to only select the keywords with the highest competition, which will then ensure the maximum number of advertisers for that keyword. If a keyword has a low competition, then there are less advertisers and campaigns which in turn reduces the probability of adverts for that keyword showing on your website. Some of the keywords with the highest CPC/PPC value have a low competition value as there are only a few advertisers for that keyword.
The number that is displayed on our lists range from 0 to 1 with 1 being the highest and 0 being the lowest. So, 0.58 would mean that the keyword has just above 50% of the average maximum competition for other keywords. This process uses an algorithm and personally, I do not use it as a hard and fast guide, but I instead use it as a rough guide.
We are in the progress of overhauling our website and making some improvements. One of which has been the ability to search the keyword list, sort it, copy it and even download it. For the time being, the newsletters have been put on hold, but they will be started again as soon as we have completed the changes.
The only way to download all keyword lists is to go to each list separately and download it. I do not recommend this if you are planning to use them all as one list and decide which keywords to use as keyword stats can change on an hourly basis and some of the information on our older lists will be outdated.
To obtain the best results, you should ensure that your website SEO is targeted towards the keywords that you will use on your site to generate adverts as this will increase the relevancy of your site from the viewpoint of the Google Search Engine. You should then obtain up to date keyword lists so that you can be sure the keywords you are targeting have the stats you want. We can create custom keyword lists for your website either on a one off basis, or on a monthly basis. If you plan to regularly add content, the best option would be the monthly keyword list as this would show you updated stats and new keywords every month so that your content was accurately targeted and up to date. Pricing depends on your requirements, eg. the more keywords you want and the wider your scope, the more expensive it will be as it will take more time to complete. None of our keyword lists are automatically generated, each list is manually generated by a member of our SEO team to ensure a high level of quality and to make sure all junk keywords are removed. It is simply impossible to create an automatic generation system that will have the same intelligence, ingenuity and resourcefulness to be able to create high quality keyword lists.
You can e-mail our SEO Team directly to discuss your requirements so that they can then provide a price for you. Simply send an email containing all your requirements to seo-ps@smartmediapro.com
If there is anything else that we can assist you with, please feel free to leave another reply or include it in your e-mail to our SEO team.
Thank you very much for your time and explanation.
I’d consider the monthly feed, my funds are limited at this moment though. My site is fairly new and most of the funds are going to the writers right now.
I may be able to offer you an exchange though. I run a google news site. Perhaps we could run a story or two each month in exchange for a 500 word monthly feed?
I don’t know how much you know about approved google news sites. When we publish a story, it generally hits the first page of google news, and often the regular google listings, within minutes. It’s a pretty powerful thing. You could easily target seo and adsense/adwords related keywords and get first page news listings. You can write the story, as long as it is in a ‘news’ format, not an ‘opinion’ piece.
We would need to discuss the parameters of the keywords of course, but would your team be interested in something along these lines?
